I’ve had a really positive experience at Hadley Designs. The team culture is one of the biggest highlights. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. The company is also incredibly innovative. There’s a real willingness to try new ideas, improve processes, and keep moving forward, which makes the work feel exciting and meaningful. Another thing I really appreciate is the clarity around expectations. Goals and responsibilities are communicated well, which helps create accountability and makes it easier to do your job with confidence. Overall, Hadley Designs has a strong culture, a great team, and an environment where innovation and clarity are valued.

I liked a lot of people I worked with including the owners, they are very nice people. They sell great products and everyone has a smile on their face. This a great company and I hope they grave great success. A lot of people put negative complaints about the hiring process, but I feel it was a great way to really find valuable employees who aligned with the companies goals.

There are power struggles between coworkers due to lack of clarity and structure as well as micromanaging. There is also a lack of clarity within roles due to constant changes. This can be interesting or confusing,
