Wages not nearly enough to deal with the daily abuse of thier CIO Tony. The CIO is a closet bully and a dictator. They hire extra people just to meet thier quarterly layoff numbers. Every morning they have roll call where you need to justify your job on a dailey basis. Great to teach young foulks about the grind of a career. But senior level talent typically will not tolerate this behavior and abuse.
