As a Car enthusiast myself, I have been looking for years to be able to mix my hobby and my career together. I have worked at multiple carriers and found them checking a few boxes but not all. I never really felt like I had fit in fully at many work places but I found myself drawn to Hagerty by their Media with Larry Chen, their involvement in the hobby, and the presence they have within the car hobby. There's much more to say but I am happy here at the company, I feel like I fit in 100% and matter. Below are some of my favorite highlights and what makes Hagerty feel like home to me: - Modern Systems - Great Feedback system. I've made recommendations, had them heard out and then updated when they are implemented. - A LOT of Car Enthusiasts within the company - Opportunity to travel and I've been able to work while at a Track Days. Who can complain about that? - Plenty of Co travel opportunities which has allowed me to deepen my relationship with my colleagues. - Strong Community - both external and internal - Strong support system. I have multiple people I can relay on for help without judgement. - Ease of communication from upper management to entry level. - Good Benefits and pay - Grace has been given when I am feeling ill or not well and I've been given the ability to take it easy on days which gives me fantastic work life balance. - Remote Work. I can work from home, at a race track, or when visiting family. - I've been able to use my personal collector vehicles for work events and meet more people within my community. - Transparency around changes. I am given an explanation when a change is made, or an upgrade is going through for something.

- Since I am remote, I have not got to see the home office and the Hagerty Car Collection, so I get FOMO anytime a colleague goes and gets to drive one of the cars. - Many of my colleagues have cooler cars than me, so I have a lot of catching up to do on my personal collector vehicles. - I do wish the Laptop's had a better microphone system but I am sure an External mic would fix that. (Which I use an external one for my meetings) - My partner works in similar field and has a Laptop that also has touch screen capabilities. When working in the field, that would have helped me navigate my screens easier and would allow me to be more productive.

Great People, great culture, pay is good and the mentorship is amazing.
