Not everything is as it seems. The team attitude is just surface. Deep down it's all about CYA. They will blame and throw the field guys under the bus. High overhead. Some in the office are good. But the best ones are leaving. They used to be a team. But it's changed. So the good people are leaving or getting let go. Sad. Also, they are trying to run the projects from the office. Instead of supporting the field. They are micro-managing projects.
