After 3 years of working with the company, I have recently been promoted internally as well as encouraged to complete a Level 3 Leadership course endorsed by a City and Guilds partner. Haier is fantastic at giving educational and learning opportunities and I think my experience with the course has helped my professional skills develop in order to reach the promotion I have been granted. The offices in Warrington are in a good location and have many facilities on site to offer as well as being able to work from home two days a week which gives much needed flexibility as part of our busy working lives. I look forward to seeing where my new position takes me as well as reflect on everything I have learnt in the Order to Delivery department that has helped me progress into the Logistics and Supply Chain department, something I have personally wanted for a long while.
