The interview process was smooth from the time I met my recruiter, to my first interview until the job offer. There were assignments for the interviews but the directions were clear, it does take some prep time.

Good work life balance, decent amount of PTO, co-workers helpful and nice people, direct manager cared about team.

Svantaggi

Low pay for market and impossible to grow if you aren’t in the UK. I did not get a raise for 4 years because they do not offer cost of living adjustments. The entire leadership team turned over (either resigning or being fired) during my time at the company. New CEO prides himself on offending people and is an HR nightmare.

We recognize that compensation and career growth are important, and while we strive to offer competitive pay and development opportunities, we understand there is always room for improvement. Leadership changes can bring challenges, and we know that we went through a period of significant leadership change in 2024. We are in a much more stable position as a result. We appreciate your feedback around how it felt for you and continue to look for new and better ways to engage cross-functionally and internationally. We have an annual salary review process for all employees based on fair and consistent prinicples. There are instances when people are paid at the top of a pay range for their role and are not eligible for increases, but commission plans will always scale each year and you have the ability to earn based on your performance - however, we do not know the individual circumstances of your particular case.
