They will hire you to gain knowledge from you about your previous company and its practice for success by giving high wages and if your no co operative in giving those confidentiality. You will get a call early morning mentioning you dont come here , you are fired. MD is just a puppet or clown for a reason. He just runs a modern welding shop in a good infrastructe building. No knowledge about business. He will try to steal other company ideas. People may ask how come they ran the company still successfully. The same thought came to me , I ignored all the negative comments that ran on the internet. I joined the company ignoring that and now i learned the lesson. Worst Management. No job security. They will recruit you giving high wage only for the input that you are going to give him about your previous company. Worst ever work experience and bad company I have worked so far. They will focus only on Propel Industry employee more to gain knowledge from them because they are their competitors. They themselves think they are a competitor to Propel. It is really unreal for me. Hailstone innovations in just a welding shop . Don't go there looking for high wages for short period. You will lose your career as i do now.
