As a mid-sized company, Hain is continuously evolving its structure. This creates opportunities to take on diverse roles and responsibilities, offering valuable learning experiences. However, it can sometimes feel overwhelming if you're not comfortable with managing your time effectively.

This company is full of very kind and intelligent people. I noticed right away that there is a very cooperative essence in most departments that I have interacted with. Most individuals work to support others and stay solution oriented. I appreciate that even with everyday challenges, there is not a tendency to throw teammates under the bus. Very refreshing.

For those with CPG experience, note that working with a portfolio of brands is very different and much more complex than supporting a single brand. This is not necessarily a con but should be considered as an additional level of knowledge and responsibility needed.
