There is also a clear sense of community as birthdays, milestones and achievements are always celebrated together. Mental health is a clear priority here with employees receiving free certifications and training to help others as well. Great pay with consistent salary reviews which also includes a very generous parental leave pay for non-birthing parents. The Halaxy software is always improving with big strides in AI and integrations. This makes it a very exciting place to grow and learn with amazing team members and equally supportive leadership as well.

Plenty of opportunities to learn new things and grow. Great work-life balance that allows you to do meaningful work. The work itself is incredibly fulfilling - receiving positive feedback from practitioners who are building their businesses makes the impact feel real. Contributions are acknowledged and appreciated, which makes the day-to-day experience even more rewarding.
