At Halaxy, we really value our people, you mentioned the people at Halaxy are generally easy to do business with, that’s what we look for in successful employees, that’s why it’s one of our core competencies and hence some employees have been with us for 9 years!
You are right, we are growing, and growing very fast at that! We are looking for team members that really breath our values and can work well in ever changing environments. We are very competitive with salary & benefits; hence we do performance reviews every 6 months to ensure we are rewarding our team members and providing them with enriching careers. Feedback is so important to us here at Halaxy and we work to ensure feedback flows both ways and action is taken as the business sees fit.
With regards to our software not being intuitive, we take your feedback on board but this is not the feedback our thousands of daily customers have shared. Transparency and openness is something we are proud of, we rated highly on this in our last employee engagement survey, we will ensure it is even more transparent moving ahead.
