Overhiring, sales goals at double projected growth, and minimal support with clear favoritism from the top that only enabled certain reps with additional inbound, partner leads, etc. with no regard to actual performance. 30% lay off in May 2026, many of whom had only started months or weeks prior. Good lower level management that tried their best to fight for change.
