You must be a good corporate sheep, ignore logic, practical experiences & accept the reality that you are being asked to juggle with your hands tied! Senior leadership is like a clique; and only a select few are welcome in their circle. People do not leave good companies they leave bad managers & GSK/Haleon certainly has their share of bad managers!
