Working 11 hours a day is not a negative thing as long as you are getting financially rewarded for it . Good Package(minimum 6.5 lac) Company follows FLAT hierarchy structure. If you make some profit by selling shares. 15% of the profit directly credited to your account. If you make loss, nothing will be deducted from your salary.

working hours = 12hr. based on international share market. Not a technical job. Knowledge of share market is needed. A student from commerce field can do it better.
