      Its a popularity contest with there local MD who changes his mind with the weather. Also be careful with employment contract as they break a few UAE laws with regards to End of Services Benefits and Health insurance they will try to package into your basic wage. The whole business model works by outsourcing the candidate to a vendor and charging the vendor up to 70% more of your basic wage. No salary reviews its easier for them to fire you and find a another candidate. The company work life balance and the MD tries to manage every aspect of your day including fingerprint entry in the morning afternoon and evening. They expect you to work beyond contracted working hours without any compensation or pay review.

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
