No work/life balance. 9. No career development or training provided. 10. HR lets management get away with abusive behaviors. 11. Company practices are unprofessional and border on unethical. AVOID WORKING HERE IF POSSIBLE. OTHER OPTION IS TO WORK TO GET THE COMPANY NAME ON THE RESUME AND MOVE ON.
