LOL 2) Managers and Architects are under a assumption and ego that they are Google employees because, once upon a time they were working in Motorola and a subdivision was acquired by Google. Lolololol. 3) Managers, Directors and Architects, cannot even write a working production code for Fibonacci series. Leave alone recursion. But they shout on employees who are leaps and bounds skilled than them. 4) Since there are a ton of quality interview questions out there, these managers and architects just copy paste them in interviews. 5) Principal engineers here are no less. They hide domain specific information to intimidate new joiners, and laugh and shout at you if you ask some clarifications. 6) 99% unit test coverage and each module has different version of unit test framework & implementation. New joiners are made to write these tests to get their spirits low. Add 150 branches per sprint mandatory. Else get a shouting. 7) Principal Engineers, Managers, Architects, Directors are just good at intimidating new joiners who come from reputed companies to join this asylum. 8) 15 hours working is the norm here on weekdays. Weekends 6 hrs. Enjoy! 9) Managers blatantly marks you for improvement and put you on PiP. Because, they read some blog that says, Amazon PiPs 14% of its employees. LoL 10) Architects & Principal engineers just put on a show that they are busy and wont even reply to your slack messages on time.
