Unsure of the future - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Superintendent presso Hamel Builders

The company talks a big deal about a family atmosphere. While they do appear to care greatly for their employees, saying thank you is not always enough. I have worked with a 15 year veteran of the company who has not had a raise in 10 years. When he learned what another employee made who was recently hired at a lower possition he was furious. They simply do not pay their employees properly. It reflects the other reviews regarding issues with senior management only seeming to care about themselves. I have already started my outlook elsewhere...
