      Hamilton is an agency you want to work for . Admin is great, supportive and there for you, value their staff and always pays in time, they have shifts to choose from, a lot of flexibility, understanding of staff needs and always willing to help if in reason.

      Office environment is the only saving grace

      This is the worst company I have ever been a part of. The company has no direction, the senior management treat employees like livestock, refuse to take accountability and create an atmosphere so toxic that is unbearable. The way in which the company is run is antiquated and stuck in 2005 not 2025 and when any criticism that could help the company is given it is immediately shut down. Senior management will retaliate if you speak you mind in anyway and genuinely are only out for themselves and will throw you under the bus as soon as they need to. They do not provide training or support and essentially leave you to figure out yourself. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.
