I have worked in the communications field for a number of years. Throughout my professional experiences, I have Never run into a company such as this that has little to no concept of positive employee development. The lack of competency and care demonstrated by this company's administration is unfortunate and numbing. Their philosophy and common practice is that employees are as simplistic as a number, while they cover their state requirements through embellished performance records.
