Enjoyed my time there - Recensione dipendente - Senior Consultant presso Hamlin Knight

Cannot think of any at all.

A lady had kept calling and emailing unnecessarily who had seemed high/ mental on something. To a point where it had felt like spam/ harassment as there was absolutely no need to do so, I was polite each time as I had almost felt sorry for how lost she had seemed but she was actually the manager, something didn't seem right at all... She had booked me an interview for a job I didn't apply for then had told the client that I have other interviews etc. so that the client cancels, last minute told me all this and I was totally shocked at how unprofessional this was and why she would not only waste my time but surely her's too?!! Was asking me a lot of questions which were irrelevant and it was a really junior level short-term job on low pay, I had felt it was a total waste of my time to amend my CV etc. and for me to go through all the hassle with such a difficult person, seems to be the case with all agencies in Uxbridge.

I have worked for Hamlin Knight for 16+ years and have nothing but positive things to say about them Hamlin Knight has an exceptionally low turnover of staff, which speaks volumes about what a great organisation it is to work for The company has great values and good work ethics. They offer a great work/life balance and they have an amazing reward and recognition programme as well as an excellent commission scheme There is a great sense of camaraderie along with a great Training structure and lots of help, support and advice from experienced Senior Managers

I honestly wouldnt have worked for this company for 16+ years if there were any cons. None to mention.
