The micro-management is beyond patronising and the overly KPI-driven environment takes away from productivity, which means you can work extremely long hours and get nothing done, just to make sure you hit your KPIs... which are there to increase productivity.
The pay is a joke, £18K starting salary in London is insulting - I was also lied to about the commission structure before joining. They were aware I had other job offers on the table, and this ultimately lead to me accepting the role.
A number of senior figures have recently left the business which shows you the health of the company and the brand - there are fewer people now than when I joined well over a year ago - the staff turnover is ridiculous.
I worked there when we recently moved into a new, and ridiculously expensive office... a week after half the office were fired due to 'cash-flow issues' - we were told our colleagues were being paid for over a month (this was a week before Christmas), but after speaking to our fired colleagues, this also was apparently not true.
The sales style is ruthless and puts money above everything, including their candidates and clients.
There are some serious unethical and immoral practices that go on there; I am glad I do not work there any longer.
