Senior managers are knowledgeable and look to help and groom staff under them. Since the products they sell are with all the major retailers, it's a good place to learn kitchen based consumer products. The owner is very smart and will lead by example, showing exactly how something should be done. As long as you have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the time to learn the processes / products, you will succeed. In my time here I've seen people grow and be given opportunity.
