Svantaggi
'm finding myself with several managers, none of whom seem focused on supporting me, but rather, I'm constantly assisting them. The commission structure isn't practical. It's identical to the consultants', yet you lack their public interaction needed to earn commissions. You might find a team willing to share their smaller commissions, but this isn't guaranteed, as the company monitors referrals for commission attribution. I'm finding it challenging to work effectively with two managers, as my direct manager isn't providing the necessary support and often dismisses my concerns with responses like, "We know, we can't do anything about them/it." It's frustrating when complaints go unaddressed, especially when someone is violating company rules or creating a difficult work environment. The company consistently fails to take action and offers vague responses like "we can't discuss this with you," you'll feel unheard and unsupported. You'll work in a hub picking up jobs from other offices in your region. Other administrators will be lazy and pass their own office workload to the hub. They would be the same persons who don't pick anything up from the hub. Also be working in the quietest office for the region. The pay is extremely low for what is required of you. You'll be the go to person in your office, possibly the IT person, also required to cover the hub. You are the back bone and most managers who get paid more than you will rely on you for basic things they should know/know how to do the task. Most offices have a narcissist as an office manager. So expect stress levels to be high and your voice not to be heard. If you make money for the company, then expect a better working life than the person ensuring everything is correct to HMRC standards and company standards. You'll feel unappreciated and most administrators do, even though not a single company with administrators would be where they are without us. Go somewhere where you are valued and appreciated. Not a place where you are not. We are all important at the end of the day and play a significate role in each company. Also, there is no progression in your role. You can become a senior. But you'll be doing the exact same thing - so no point (the pay rise also isn't worth it). You'll need to explore other roles to make it worth your time.
