I am not a person to write positive or negative feedback on any side. In the recent times I have seen few feedbacks written in this page without any base. After reading ,decided to write my own views. Most of us are wondering except one or two reviews,most of the contents were fake ones . For example,one claiming him or her as recruiter and writing reviews about market research. Other way mentioning research team member and writing feedbacks about recruitment.Looks very strange, right ?.We felt may be someone who is very strange is writing such things. There are close to 10 senior managers in the company. Almost everyone is here more than 6 to 7 years , few are above 10 years also. Most of them joined with 1 or 2 years and grown to this. That’s what I heard.i have validated it thru linkedin also. May be any can validate this on your own. so it is obviously false and baseless statement that one can't grow in this company beyond lead level.Someone has written they had 20 joinees but no hike and variable.it was so surprising .Everyone in the team is aware that once you cross 40% they release your variable.so how come for so many joinees one didn't receive variable . is that they have not crossed 40% ? or is that entire their tenure in handigital they had only 20 joinees.Core logic itself is missing , because there are people who is not even achieving 10~15% target is still surviving in this company in the name of humanity .

Unlike any other recruitment companies you will receive your salary to the dot on last working day of the month. they pay as per industry standard.There are real hard working leads from whom you can learn but you've to deliver as per their expectation.Management treatment in respecting team member is something always great.
