      Some of the employees are fantastic. Management, not as much, and the executives, not at all.

      I worked at Han-Tek for a number of years, and being let go was probably the highlight of my time there. The entire organization operates on chaos and disorganization, and it’s usually up to the employees to try and pick up the pieces of whatever management decides we need to do that day. If you’re just looking for experience to add to your resume, this place is great for that, but you’re looking for a lasting career and value your peace of mind/sanity, Han-Tek is not the place for you.

      Small company environment, everyone gets to contribute. Projects work is all custom engineered and fabricated in-house. Great team all around. Everyone is easy to work with, and there is good balance between work and home life.

      Han-Tek has been growing over the past couple of years and sometimes we get into crunches with workload and delivery dates, but management realizes this and is supportive of our efforts of getting stuff done while making sure we get the people hired and contracted to do the work on time.
