Management could be more organized and supportive.

there is no management, employees are treated as slaves, you will get suspent, absent, salary deduction and you have to work overtime (days/ week/ month ) without sleep as a punishment for silly reasons, even you will get absent on the day for 10 minutes informed late login, and if you take 4 hours permission in a week, you have work on weekend, and you have work even you marked absent, there is no job security if you raise your voice for your work justification you will be terminatted without any official confimation message
