Coworkers were all so sweet, no manual labor, get to dress up nice and try new fashion, build relationships with customers
Svantaggi
Due to less people available for work at different seasons, I sometimes worked more than 30 hours per week (I enjoyed the pay & the job is in the AC/not “hard” work) but being alone for some of it made it tough to take breaks
Not the worst job, not the best. Decent for a college student if you can’t get a job elsewhere.
Svantaggi
Management would heavily pressure staff to spend money to make up for “numbers” if we didn’t meet “quota” like an old timey mill village. Management would also randomly send you home and cut hrs to 4hrs/week or less despite having open availability if you don’t meet “quota” and make you sign an “exclusivity clause” to not seek additional work elsewhere as if this was not a part time job.
