-The pay isn't good at all! They don't pay the production workers enough but expect so much out of them! -They only do raise reviews once a year and base it not fully on your performance and reliability but on how much the company makes and looses. -The person in charge of HR is an absolute joke, she complains about everyone's work performance but is never at work! She is also in charge of finances, which is a no no! -The leads that they just hired in the production warehouse are not qualified to do the job and they passed up very good potential candidates -There is no room to move up in the company, they rarely ever offer promotions
