Great products, employees, and workplace. Continual improvement from top management down and from the shop floor up! The organization has very high awareness of it's positive affect on the market and knows where they are as compared to competition.

There is always "red-tape" with medical products. Some processes take longer than in other industries. Previous employees have created some hurdles which need to be knocked down.

Good environment as far as clean. Comfortable and quiet.

Favoritism to certain groups. Low pay Long hours No work life balance
