The platform was easy to use and understand. You could accept jobs you were interested in and ignore those you didn't want to take.

It's a middleman company. At first blush, it seems as though everything (for the customer) is going to be streamlined and made simple. And this works really well for those one-off, random or intermittant cleanings that you might need. (Think: you're moving out of your apartment and want to make sure you get your deposit back). However, if the customer needs regular cleaning, once a relationship has been established between a customer and a cleaner it just doesn't make sense to continue using the platform. Did you need to see if your cleaner is available on Thursday instead of Wednesday? Do you need them to come an hour later? As the customer you have to contact the company who will then contact you (the cleaner), which is not always fast or efficient. Especially when you could have just texted your cleaner and gotten an answer immediately. The breakdown in communication between clients and cleaners proved to be a big issue.
