Good work life balance, consistent yearly increases

Low starting pay and inconsistent yearly bonus amounts

Met some of the greatest people while working for a terrible company. Constant entertainment from the crazy and uncommon things that happened daily. Also gained very useful training and experience to get into a great position and with a company that truly values and appreciates their employees.

Too many to list. Underpaid for starters. I received a 33% pay raise with my next (current) job. If you are good at what you do, you have many responsibilities but zero authority. My morals and ethics were challenged daily especially during audits and customer visits. Top Korean management treated employees like dirt and did not respect each other let alone American workers. No comp time, flexibility, or any understanding of work life balance. I also want to point out the hostile meeting environment and how it was even called the "War Room" and it lived up to the name. That's not beneficial or promoting teamwork in any way.
