      A good group of dedicated people with a passion for their work. Flexible work hours and a good work-life balance. Not a typical agency grind environment. If you jump in and help drive growth for the benefit of all, you are recognized and appreciated.

      You have to be a self-starter who looks for opportunities to shape solutions and lead your peers. To some, that's a con. For others, its an opportunity you don't get in larger corporate environments.

      Hanlon offered me the opportunity to explore my creative skills and grow as a designer. They service a wide variety of clients and there's never a dull moment. Hanlon's flexibility and family atmosphere are incredibly welcoming and are what make it my favorite place I've ever worked.

      Hanlon is team focused and communication and collaboration are a must. If you like working alone or tend to put yourself before the team, this is not the place for you.
