When it comes to cutting costs, expect your wallet to be hit before executives get a pay cut. - Workload continually increasing, unable to retain current employees or properly incentivize new ones (again, due to corporate being too cheap to properly compensate workers compared to market). - Arbitrary return to work policy after three years of successful program delivery with a wfh / hybrid model - Upper management is secretive, and treats professional level employees like children. Always selling negative changes as “exciting and good” instead of just being upfront and treating people, as people.
