We offer comprehensive benefits to our employees that are heavily subsidized by the company to reduce the total out of pocket costs for our staff. We of course make every attempt to drive efficiency and shorter timelines for our clients in our research process, but never at the cost of delivering quality information to our clients. Over 90% of client respondents are "very satisfied" or "satisfied" with our research. That said, I am sorry you felt dispensable as a researcher – you were not.
