To name a few initiatives we've launched around DEI, in the last year we have given time off to participate in a Day of Unity, established an Employee Charitable Donation Match Program focused on social justice causes, launched diversity training, incorporated new ways to proactively source and present diverse talent, and updated job postings and internal communications with more inclusive language.
