I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time at the firm but I do agree with you that our employees are friendly and enjoy socializing with their coworkers outside of work. I would disagree with your opinion that there are limited opportunities for growth and career progression at the firm. At our recent performance review cycle for Content teams, over 20% were promoted and we continue to build out more specialized and unique positions for those employees who are proactively driving their careers forward at the firm. We recognize that our managers need additional training to be good managers and have begun rolling out intensive management training this year. Our intention is to invest heavily in this area so that employees can benefit from working under a stronger management team and those managers in turn can support the career aspirations of their direct reports. Turnover at Hanover remains low (less than 20%) despite the perception that a high growth company would also have high turnover. We do appreciate the feedback as we continue to build our organization.
