Firstly this is not a corporate company this is "Lala Company". NO HR. Owner is the sole person for Most of the task Secondly They try use only FREE things like SVN. they don't even use git, also they are using FREE version of SVN when it expired they simply reinstall it they do not work to improve quality of their product only focus on incentive which is given to those who licks boot of the owner. they are stuck in past no future vision only focus to bring huge clients then they put their burden on to developers to meet the false claims that they spit lure the clients. maximum no of people are above age 40 so they don't even try to learn new architecture . they write their BUSINESS LOGIC into JS which so vulnerable to expose. worst programming practice are used, using for loop to insert data which is inside a transaction and each time it is creating new connection to database occupying up to 50gb of ram of server. when something goes wrong they simply restart the SQL service. their clients are also fed up with them. they try to hire people under 6 LPA with 5+ years of experience. Timings No Timings for work if you have laptop then you are screwed after reaching home they expect you to work else you will sacrifice increment those who are performing well and doing work smartly they get 3-5%, those who tell everything to Owner and keep engaging in easy problems because they don't know how to do programming they get up to 10-12%. Leaves only 2 CL and 2 SL for 1 quarter Even on the leave they work whether its Sunday or any gazetted holiday. They love to shuffle holidays and when time comes they postpone it to next week or Month you can't even plan trip with your family.
