They had me train all new hires, I even assisted with creating training documents, etc. I received constant praise and “high 5”s” for great work and achievements… then a one month after having a stellar 1:1 quarterly check in with management, I was contacted by HR, and laid off effective immediately. No notice, no empathy, no severance, nothing. They took over the job I had been at for two years abruptly—- then they continued to hire new people rapidly, They give you false praise and reassurance. They simply learn what we do- then fired the original staff in groups due to a “reduction in force”- while the people I trained are there working and brown-nosing to the young unprofessional managers with tattoos, vapes, and ear gauges in during professional team meetings.

No micromanaging, pay was decent

Arbitrarily firing people. They give false praise in a false sense of security and then they will lay you off/fire you. They are really good at making you believe that they are a caring company.. and they most certainly are as long as you are in their little clique. I was fired two weeks after receiving a raise.
