      They said they they have sizable bonuses when I was hired but then I found out that they haven't had any in a couple years

We are happy to say that we have recently restructured our bonus programs, and our office bonus is now a bi-annual payout.       Remote options for employees outside of Idaho, above average pay for industry, interesting projects

      Health care options are expensive and mediocre in quality. May be more of a reflection on US healthcare options though.
