Great Company - Recensione dipendente - Purchasing Agent presso Hantover

I think a lot of the pros for working at Hantover are that the job is consistent with work, and communication is key here. I find it’s a very pleasant environment and everyone is very friendly. Everyone is very willing to help when there’s an issue and I find that incredible.

Health insurance was about the only positive aspect of my experience.

Constant understaffing and employee turnover. Despite the increased workload year after year Hantover managed to never give me an increase in pay rather that be based off workload/performance or even a cost of living raise. Needless to say the company culture is atrocious. I don’t think anyone there feels valued. Just there to be paid less than their worth so company ownership can profit. It’s a small company too so growth opportunities are very limited. When an opportunity does present itself Hantover typically makes an unqualified outside hire instead of promoting a qualified employee from within.
