- KC is a part of big corporation ( some procedures are time consuming, lots of internal tools you have to learn and you won't use anywhere else) - if you work on legacy system modernization then you might need to first wrap your head around really old language to be able to extract logic ( reverse engineering was a must in my case) - steep learning curve ( for the record since for some it may be a disadvantage that you have to learn a lot about the maritime business before you start coding)
