Manager does not mastered on its job. Colleague very toxic, downgrade others and always want for the gossip even in working hours. Plus, even though weekend off, but you always need to work to clear some of the cases. Guess what? There's no pay overtime on the weekend.

Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

Svantaggi

It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
