      I enjoyed working for Haploos. Our team earned the respect of our clients. Collaboration and teamwork were at the heart of our efforts. The President of Haploos supported us but did not micro manage. We were compensated well and our team enjoyed our work. The clients embraced our teachings and were willing participants in the process. I believe our efforts assisted in improving the leadership culture of our client.

      Our team enjoyed our project and worked hard. I felt that a few on other teams seemed to to have a negative attitude towards work. I never understood their dissatisfaction. Probably they should have been asked to move on sooner.

      The travel is part of the job, but extensive. Locations can sometimes be remote.

      Compensated really well for our efforts and project material was fun to deliver. Really feel that we made a difference in the overall culture of the client. Worked with an excellent group of consultants from different backgrounds, each with a different set of strengths.

      Lots of time spent in airports and hotels. Pay was great, but not reimbursed for time spent while traveling. I'm sure this is a industry standard. Job was much better than other reviewers who rated poorly. Yes, was a newer company, some growing pains were experienced. It was to be expected. Didn't hear much complaining/griping at the time from other consultants. Culture was pretty positive during my time there.
