We want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are really sorry that your experience while working at HappyFresh did not match our intention of being the best employer. We realize that as a company we are not perfect and should always strive to improve ourselves and our employees' growth and happiness. That is why your feedback is very valuable to us.
Starting this month, we have started implementing a new, more transparent, performance appraisal and reward system. We hope that this implementation will help us to better appreciate and reward our employees/best performers. And this system wouldn't be there at the first place if it's not for all of our former employees' and current employees' honest feedback.
