The company had a great atmosphere when i started. The coworkers for the most part were great and easy to talk to. Coming from customer service (with fast food management) i truly believe that most places should have this customer feedback product of some kind at their business.

The atmosphere and company ideals quickly changed over the 5 years i was there and took on too much of a big corporate vibe at the end. The company is still in the earlier startup phase, especially in the US (HQ in Finland) and have destroyed their customer basis in the US because of mistakes made that could have easily have been prevented.
