I can go on and on about this. But I'll try to be short and to the point. There is no room for honesty, straightforwardness. Whether you work hard or not is up to you. The amount of ego, cheap attitude and thinking that the Senior Management people, and a few others that I have met, have is absolutely disgusting. I can take names here, but I will not. It is so sad to see that people who actually deserve recognition in this company are being put down by the senior management. I will not recommend anyone for any designation in this company. Not worth it for these reasons
