Theres a clear effort from the company to make it an enjoyable place to work and that comes through in how teams collaborate and support each other.

At times, communication between departments could be improved to help streamline workflows and avoid delays or rework.

I joined the company in a Production Coordinator role and have grown into the Director of Production position through consistent support, trust, and opportunity. Throughout my career progression, I’ve been given the confidence and autonomy to build and shape my team in a way that aligns with the company’s values while also reflecting my own leadership style. The leadership team is approachable and supportive, providing clear direction without micromanagement, which empowers teams to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve. There is a strong commitment to innovation, cross-functional teamwork, and delivering high-quality results for our customers, alongside a genuine focus on learning, growth, and long-term career development.
