Great Organization! - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Hardware Resources

Where do I start? This place is full of positivity, support, respect and kindness. Micro-management is non existent. Everyone from the CEO to the most Jr. Employee will treat you with respect and dignity. Extremely friendly coworkers and managers who make working here a blast. I never thought I’d love a job as much as I love this one. The people here are extremely knowledgeable, the company is big on tech and up to date equipment. They are serious about Flexibility and work/life balance. They invest in their employees and pay them generously. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I wish every company in the world operated like them. Grateful to work here.

There’s a massive snow storm this week, which happens to coincide with our annual sales meeting. I’m forty miles from the hotel, so why am I being pressured to attend and threatened with possible termination if I don’t? I’m truly disgusted with how they are treating employees during this time. We are not doctors or police, we sell hardware. Even the Walmarts and McDonald’s near me are closed.
