Underpays for some roles and over pays for others. Upper management doesn't value the employees that work hard and promotes the people who do the bare minimum. Will write you up for absolutely nothing, and wont protect employees who have been harassed my managers, nor will they protect employees who have legal restraining orders calling it "personal drama" But will write up others for "personal drama" if they feel like it Management will tell you to your face "I just dont want to deal with it" And write you up for trying to get problems addressed.

Customers name called me, I never got a raise, I had no support when I got back from a car crash & was expected to work every shift no matter how bad the pain got
