      Store itself is all political and favoritism. Department itself is all repetitive work. Dump every thing on you on the same day while other departments come before your own work. Outdated tools for the job. A little more pay than regular associate comes with much more responsibilities on your shoulder. Marketing tasks make zero sense to this department.

      okay pay good benefits employee discount

      Underpays for some roles and over pays for others. Upper management doesn't value the employees that work hard and promotes the people who do the bare minimum. Will write you up for absolutely nothing, and wont protect employees who have been harassed my managers, nor will they protect employees who have legal restraining orders calling it "personal drama" But will write up others for "personal drama" if they feel like it Management will tell you to your face "I just dont want to deal with it" And write you up for trying to get problems addressed.
